Our Treatment Philosophy
At our core we believe people try their best. At times one needs some help to navigate the path of life. Issues such as depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience during our lives. Through the counseling process, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. We use mindfulness techniques, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, coupled with CBT/DBT skills.
Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances or past events. Sometimes we remember these events, other times we do not. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions which often linger post traumatic events. These emotion often hinder one from living life to its fullest. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. We offer therapists trained in Brainspotting to assist you in healing from past traumatic events.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We are honored to walk down your path of healing and discovery with you. Our goal is for you to live the life you have always dreamed of living.
